About
Welcome
This is a space where real conversations matter. A space where you're not expected to “be strong” or “get over it” — but simply to be yourself, in all the complexity that life can bring.

I come to this work both professionally and personally. I hold a degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Counselling with a focus in grief and loss — but just as importantly, I bring over 20 years of lived experience as a FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) partner and the profound journey of being a survivor of suicide loss. I know what it means to live with invisible grief.
I know how heavy it can feel to carry so much

quietly. These experiences have shaped the way I show up in this space — with deep empathy, authenticity, and care.
Why This Work Matters to Me
Grief first found me early in life. Like many, I was taught to push it aside — to keep smiling, stay strong, and carry on for others. But pain that’s buried doesn’t go away. It lingers in the quiet moments, waiting to be heard.

I’ve learned that healing begins when we stop silencing our emotions and start honouring them. When we give ourselves permission to feel. To rest. To speak the truth of our experience.

This belief is at the heart of my work — that healing doesn’t come from fixing or forcing. It comes from being seen, supported, and given space to process in your own time.

How I Work
In a world that often rushes us toward quick fixes or surface-level solutions, I offer something slower — something deeper:

-
A safe, compassionate space where your story is heard and honoured
-
A pace that follows your readiness, not the world’s expectations
-
Support grounded in real connection, emotional clarity, and practical strategies

Whether you’re working through grief, burnout, a relationship breakdown, or a major life transition — I’ll be here beside you. Not with all the answers, but with genuine care and a steady presence.

I don’t focus on diagnoses or labels. Instead, I work from a place of conversation, connection, and tools that help you rebuild confidence, clarity, and self-trust.

Who I Support
I support people navigating:

-
Grief and loss (death, divorce, miscarriage, or ambiguous loss)
-
The emotional load of FIFO life and long-distance relationships
-
Burnout, fatigue, and feeling emotionally drained or disconnected
-
Major life changes like relocation, retirement, or job loss
-
Relationship struggles or loss of identity and direction

Most of my clients arrive feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure where to begin. You don’t need to have the right words. You just need a place to start — and someone to walk alongside you.

This is Your Space
This is your permission to pause. To take a breath. To stop holding it all together.

You don’t need to be “ready” or have everything figured out to begin. Healing doesn’t have to be complicated — sometimes, one honest conversation is enough to start a shift.

If you’re looking for support that’s grounded, gentle, and real — I invite you to explore my services or reach out. We’ll take it one step at a time, at your pace, with honesty, empathy, and full respect for your journey.

I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
