Scoring Guide

0–15: You’re likely managing things well—keep checking in with yourself and your support systems.

31–45: Moderate burnout risk—consider support through counselling, routine changes, or open conversations with loved ones.
46–60: High burnout risk—it’s time to prioritise wellbeing, seek professional help, and look at deeper changes to prevent long-term impact.
